Terms of sale

The pieces

We sell vintage and collectible items, many of them one of a kind. We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, including any flaws we know of. Vintage items can show signs of age; where it matters, it's in the description. If you have a question about a piece, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

Prices

Prices are in Bahraini dinars (BHD). Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates for guidance only; you always pay in BHD. The total on your order page, including delivery, is what you pay. Delivery costs are listed on our Shipping & returns page.

Placing an order

• When you place an order, the pieces are held for you for 16 hours and WhatsApp opens with your order details. Please send that message so we can match your payment.
• Your order is confirmed once we've received your payment and confirmed it with you on WhatsApp.
• If an order isn't paid within 16 hours, it expires and the pieces go back on sale.
• We may cancel an order — for example if a piece turns out to be unavailable or was listed at the wrong price. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Pay by Benefit transfer to the account shown on your order page, then send the payment screenshot in the same WhatsApp chat.

Vault draws

• Entering a Vault draw is free; no purchase is necessary.
• One entry per person for each piece.
• The winner is picked at random on drop night and emailed at the address they entered with.
• The winner must claim the piece on WhatsApp within 72 hours of the email.
• The prize can be delivered anywhere we ship. It can't be exchanged for cash.
• We may change or cancel a draw if something outside our control requires it.

Sell to us

Sending us an item through Sell to us doesn't commit you or us to anything. If we'd like to buy it, we'll agree the details with you on WhatsApp.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
